Professional fees are set in accordance with recommendations for occupational therapists in private practice in accordance with The Ontario Society of Occupational Therapists of Ontario. 

 

Fees for occupational therapy services are not covered under OHIP but may be reimbursable through your own or your spouse's extended health care benefits.  Ask your insurance company if occupational therapy is covered.  If these fees are prohibitive, please do contact me to discuss.

All virtual and in-home/community visits - $120

Reports - $75 

Mileage charges at .60/km for visits further than 25 km (50 km return) from this therapist's home base near Bobcaygeon, ON.

Payment is due at the end of each visit/treatment and can be paid by cash, cheque, or e-transfer. You will be provided with a receipt after each payment.

Cancellations

Please provide more than 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment.  If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, expect to be charged the full rate of the planned service.
